To respect our providers’ time and ensure the best experience for all clients:
– We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
– Failure to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment—or excessive late cancellations or no-shows—may result in a $75 no-show fee charged to the card on file.
– Clients with repeated no-shows may be asked to prepay for future appointments or may have booking privileges revoked.
– By booking an appointment, you authorize Microblading by Marie to charge this fee when applicable.
All purchases, deposits, and services rendered at Microblading by Marie are non-refundable.
Payments made toward services, treatments, or products cannot be refunded once completed or purchased.
Prepaid services, packages, and gift cards are non-transferable and non-refundable.
If you are unable to complete a purchased package, remaining balances may be applied as a credit toward other treatments at our discretion, provided your account is in good standing.
Microblading by Marie does not guarantee results, as outcomes vary per individual.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any skincare or retail product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.
Gift cards and promotional purchases are final sale and have no cash value.
Any membership or package offerings require a minimum commitment period as detailed at enrollment and may automatically renew unless a written cancellation request is submitted. Membership services must be used within the designated period and do not roll over, accumulate, or transfer to other clients. Members may freeze their membership for up to sixty (60) days with valid documentation or an approved reason, and all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Members have a limited time from the date of enrollment to claim or utilize any included offers or promotional benefits; unclaimed offers will expire thereafter. Member pricing applies to all eligible services and retail items unless otherwise stated. Membership offers cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated.
